Peak season: DATE changes less than 7 days prior start of peak season $700 re booking fee.
Low Season: Cancellations within 24 hours before the booking commences will forfit 100% of the total amount due (management discretion under unforeseen circumstances)

Bookings take 24 – 48 hours to process and provide you with a quotation / Invoice
Bookings will automatically cancel if POP is not received within 72 hours after receiving Quotation/Invoice.
Customers residing outside the Windhoek area please make drop off / Pick up arrangements.
